A Success Specialist is an expert who maximizes the value of Salesforce products and accelerates customers’ business growth and transformation. Drawing on deep expertise in business, industries, and products, they build strong partnerships with customers and serve as a guide to help them achieve business outcomes (ROI) that exceed their investment in Salesforce. Success Specialists have deep expertise in one or more products (Clouds) and provide strategic guidance to customers with complex, large-scale environments, such as multi-cloud deployments. They deliver the right support for each stage of the customer journey, from onboarding and advanced feature adoption to advice that drives organizational transformation. They also participate in internal strategic programs and feed insights gained from supporting specific customers back into the company, improving standard support frameworks and helping more customers with shared challenges find solutions. Success Specialists work with customers of varying sizes, industries, and levels of product adoption. We are looking for people who are knowledgeable about both products and industries, can engage with customers as partners on equal footing, and are passionate about transforming businesses through the power of AI and digital technology. We are seeking Success Specialists with skills or experience in one or more of the following Salesforce product families: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Platform, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Industry Clouds, Tableau, MuleSoft, Data 360, and Slack. You will work with key customer stakeholders to clarify the goals they want to achieve and, based on their current situation, advise them on how to accelerate progress from both business and technical perspectives. To help customers make the most of Salesforce products in large, complex environments, you will recommend optimal approaches based on recommendations and best practices, and resolve obstacles to adoption. For customers in the early stages of implementation, you will create a plan (roadmap) that provides the shortest path to their business goals and help them realize results quickly. You will analyze the gap between their current and desired states and develop a concrete, actionable adoption scenario (Success Path), including a timeline for achieving their goals and a user training plan. You will identify potential risks that could prevent customers from achieving their goals as early as possible, and work with relevant teams to develop and implement effective mitigation plans. You will closely share information with related departments, such as Sales and Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and make the most of internal resources to support customer success from multiple angles.
