As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will support the Housekeeping Manager and oversee housekeeping and laundry operations to ensure that quality standards are met. Your responsibilities will include managing and supervising all housekeeping operations; checking the quality of guest room cleaning and public areas; directing and supporting room attendants; inspecting the condition and cleanliness of guest rooms; coordinating with other departments, such as the Front Office; training new hires and other staff; responding to guest requests and feedback; managing shifts and monitoring work progress; and maintaining safety and hygiene standards as well as hotel standards.
