Dell Technologies Professional Services is seeking a Project Manager to lead infrastructure deployments, including servers, storage, and network switches, as well as the implementation of cutting-edge technologies such as AI, data centers, and cloud platforms. This role is primarily responsible for the delivery phase of infrastructure projects and plays a vital part in guiding projects to successful completion in collaboration with customers and internal and external stakeholders. You will deliver high-quality services to maximize customer business value and help drive transformation across the industry. You will lead projects from end to end, primarily overseeing infrastructure implementation planning, resource coordination, and the management of progress, issues, and risks. From the proposal stage, you will work with Sales and technical teams to develop optimal delivery plans. You will communicate closely with a diverse range of stakeholders, including customers, partners, and relevant internal departments, and ensure smooth project execution as part of cross-functional internal teams spanning Sales, Professional Services, Engineering, and Support. Drawing on the latest technology developments, market trends, and best practices, you will make recommendations and continuously identify risks, opportunities, and improvement measures related to infrastructure deployments. You will maximize project value by maintaining an optimal balance of cost, schedule, and quality, while managing dependencies and impact areas and establishing and operating appropriate reporting processes.
- At least 3 years of IT project management experience - Experience building trusted relationships with and leading customers and internal stakeholders - Strong multitasking skills and the ability to coordinate customer and internal requirements - English communication skills (reading and writing)
- Experience managing large-scale IT projects - Project management experience with infrastructure implementation projects involving servers, storage, and network switches - Project management experience with AI, data center, or cloud-related projects - PMI certifications (such as PMP) and experience applying Six Sigma - Knowledge of business and technology transformation projects, such as Digital IT, security, and workforce modernization - Oral communication skills in English
