Our payroll team manages over 1300+ individual payroll processes and 1,800+ attendance records every month. As a Payroll & Labor Specialist, you will be responsible for managing new joiners, leavers, and LOA employees, providing employee support regarding taxes and social insurance, reviewing various statutory procedures, and ensuring the quality improvement and compliance of payroll-related processes.
Work experience in Human Resources Practical knowledge and understanding of employee onboarding/offboarding, payroll operations, attendance management, social insurance, and income tax Experience in operating payroll/time and attendance system (Dayforce, ADP, etc., is welcome) Accuracy and attention to detail High communication skills for employee interaction Strong sense of confidentiality and compliance Native level Japanese with English communication skills (reading, writing and speaking)
Work experience in a global company, shared services or social/labor law firm Experience in process improvement and vendor management Accounting/financial knowledge related to salary payment Experience in leveraging BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc., is welcome)
