Welcome guests and provide directions, and respond to a variety of requests during their stay. Provide information and arrange reservations for restaurants, tourist attractions, shopping, transportation, and events. Understand each guest’s purpose and preferences, and deliver personalized service tailored to each individual. Gather and share the latest information on tourist attractions, restaurants, culture, and events in Osaka and the surrounding region, and respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, feedback, and requests. Work with other departments, including Guest Services, the Front Desk, and Restaurants, to assist guests, and appropriately manage their privacy, personal information, and confidential information. Introduce guests to the hotel’s facilities, restaurants, bars, and other attractions to encourage them to make use of the hotel as a whole.
