As the person responsible for managing customer and product master data for the residential air conditioning business, you will ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency, and establish and operate an appropriate management framework. You will also drive the transfer of master data and related operations as sales and after-sales service activities transition to in-house operations, and develop a management foundation that can be operated sustainably. In addition, you will strengthen data governance and continuously improve data quality while ensuring alignment with related operations spanning sales through after-sales service. You will also work with relevant departments, including Sales, Service, Logistics, Accounting, and IT, to lead the resolution of master data management issues and the day-to-day operation of these processes. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing the registration, modification, consolidation, deduplication, and deactivation of customer information, including customer, dealer and business partner, and service customer records, to maintain the accuracy and consistency of customer data. You will manage the registration, modification, and discontinuation of product codes, model numbers, product attributes, and sales- and service-related information for residential air conditioning equipment and related products and parts, ensuring the consistency of product information required for sales and after-sales service operations. You will assess the master data, management rules, and work procedures held and operated by existing service providers, and drive data migration, cleansing, mapping, and validation through to stable operations after migration. You will establish workflows, authority and responsibility assignments, data quality standards, and operating procedures for master data registration, modification, approval, and discontinuation, and ensure their adoption across relevant departments. You will manage the integration and consistency of master data across related systems, including ERP, sales management, CRM, and service management systems, and drive responses to data issues, root cause analysis, implementation of preventive measures, and continuous improvement using KPIs.
