The work includes scheduled servicing and inspections, resolving mechanical and electrical faults using OEM documentation and diagnostic equipment, ensuring vehicle cleanliness and functionality for public-facing use, adhering to safety practices and regulations, documenting faults, actions, and parts used, communicating recurring issues and improvement ideas, and engaging with fleet drivers to resolve reported issues.
