Build trusted relationships with Sales, Commercial Excellence, Marketing, Business Units, HR, and Regional Teams to ensure relevance and consistent execution of initiatives. Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders, review Effectiveness Measures agreed with SFE and Business Leaders, and improve programs based on evidence and practical application.
