- More than 3 years of experience in technical support, technical consulting, or information technology - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, ability to use various troubleshooting tools for technical issues, and the ability to think logically to diagnose technical problems, isolate issues, and identify root causes - Excellent communication skills to delight customers
- Development or debugging experience using any of the following languages, as well as troubleshooting performance issues: C, C++, C#, Visual Basic, .NET, Java, Python, Node.js, Ruby, PHP, Go, etc. - Skills in cloud-based application development, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting using Azure DevOps - Troubleshooting skills for network or Active Directory authentication - Experience with general packet analysis - Troubleshooting experience with containers or Docker images
