We are recruiting an AI Solution Architect to support the development and utilization of low-code AI agents for our customers. This position serves as a strategic Trusted Advisor for customers while also acting as a technical expert, utilizing Microsoft’s Business Applications solutions, including Copilot Studio and Power Platform, to help solve business challenges and maximize value for customers. The work style is flexible, allowing for a hybrid work model that combines in-office and remote work.
- At least 4 years of practical experience in IT consulting, software/application development, Business Applications, technology solutions, architecture design, technical support, or related fields, or equivalent experience - Practical experience in technical areas such as AI/AI agents, low-code/no-code, Business Applications, and application development - Experience in understanding customers' business or technical challenges and proposing, designing, implementing, or supporting solutions utilizing technology - Ability to clearly explain and communicate technical content to various stakeholders, including business and technical decision-makers - Ability to conduct business communication with customers smoothly in Japanese
- At least 8 years of practical experience in IT consulting, software/application development, Business Applications, technology solutions, architecture design, or related fields, or equivalent experience - Knowledge or practical experience with Microsoft cloud technologies such as Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Azure - Experience supporting any phase from use case consideration to design, development, implementation, and utilization/deployment of AI agents or low-code solutions - Experience in consulting, pre-sales, customer success, or technical architect roles involving customer interaction - Experience driving technical projects and customer transformations in collaboration with multiple stakeholders and internal/external teams - Possession of relevant certifications in related technology areas such as Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure, AI, and Business Applications - Willingness to continuously learn about new technologies and business areas and share that knowledge with customers and teams - Ability to communicate with global teams and gather technical information in English
