Partners with Leadership to ensure competitive sales strategies are in place for the hotel and stay competitive within the market by aligning on sales activities to generate business and communicate real-time competitor intel. Reports directly to Property Sales Leader (ASL or DOS/DOSM) and works closely with the hotel General Managers, focuses on sales driven tasks. May work with Local Sales and U.S. Account Sales/GSO teams to drive production from targeted high priority accounts including maximizing special corporate business within the represented market place.

Solution Sales Executive (SSE)

The SSE’s primary responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing new business to existing and net new customers. The SSE empowers our customers to achieve their full potential by understanding their strategy, unique business goals, and desired outcomes, thereby driving cloud revenue growth through leading dedicated sales efforts to help customers solve their business challenges by positioning value through our solutions. A Solution Advisor works with our customers and prospects to help them solve business challenges and meet their business objectives using SAP solutions. As a part of the sales team, a Solution Advisor is the “subject matter expert” responsible for the functional and technical knowledge within the sales cycle. A Solution Advisor provides deal support by participating in discovery sessions, executive meetings and presentations and will deliver software demonstrations that help the customer understand SAP’s unique value proposition. In addition to deal support, the Solution Advisor will participate in marketing events, will lead Design Thinking sessions, and collaborate with the broader sales team to identify whitespace opportunities at existing accounts. The Customer Success Manager partners with customers post-sale to ensure they achieve ongoing business value from their SAP solutions. As the strategic point of contact within an assigned solution portfolio, the CSM guides customers through the lifecycle, from onboarding and adoption to value realization, renewals, and growth. The CSM drives customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion by monitoring customer health, managing key milestones, and aligning solutions to customer outcomes. Working closely with Sales, Solution Advisors, and delivery teams, the CSM coordinates cross functional resources to mitigate risk and identify optimization and upsell opportunities.

Value Advisor Expert HCM

The Value Advisor is a senior, customer-facing role partnering with C-level executives (CEO, CIO, CFO, CHRO) to drive enterprise-wide transformation and measurable business value. The role requires strong financial acumen, including the ability to analyze financial statements, mid-term business plans, integrated reports, and executive KPIs, in order to ground transformation discussions in quantitative value. Working closely with SAP sales and delivery teams, the Value Advisor shapes executive agendas, develops compelling business cases, and positions SAP as a trusted transformation partner. Key Responsibilities include leading executive engagements to assess strategic priorities, transformation objectives, and value opportunities; developing executive- and board-level business cases using financial and non-financial metrics; driving Value Management; partnering with sales teams; leading complex engagements; and building long-term, trust-based relationships with executive sponsors. Experience & Qualifications include 15+ years of experience in enterprise roles, management consulting, or digital/business transformation; proven engagement with CEO, CIO, CFO, and CHRO; strong financial and business analysis skills; executive presence and excellent communication skills; and experience with SAP solutions is strongly preferred. Skills & Mindset include the ability to translate complex financial and operational analysis into clear executive narratives, being a strong team player, adapting communication to stakeholder needs, being a self-starter, and demonstrating the ability to generate organizational impact through individual initiative.

Account Executive, Region EBU (East)

You will support growth and transformation for medium to large enterprises in the East Japan region. As the owner of your assigned customers/territory, you will develop sales plans, make proposals to new customers, and perform upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.
