Woven by ToyotaWoven by Toyota is enabling Toyota’s transformation into a mobility company. In this role, you will lead the Employee Experience team responsible for designing and delivering the end-to-end employee experience in the workplace.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or equivalent professional experience in HR. Excellent communication skills both in Japanese and English. More than 3 years experience of end-to-end onboarding processing; familiar with Japan’s local law and immigration regulations.
Program design and policy development. Ability to quickly form relationships across departments and work cross functionally with multiple stakeholders. Customer-oriented creativeness and mind-set of ownership. Strong attention to details. Strong Excel or Spreadsheet skills.
