Working alongside the Regional ECIF Controllers, the role converts governance policy into reliable day-to-day operations: it sets the operating standards for ECIF processing, equips the Area Win Room (AWR) vendor teams to guide case requestors, and together with the win room vendors, act as the collective first line of compliance for how ECIF is requested, approved and executed. Responsibilities include setting operational standards, managing program routing rules, driving process efficiency, ensuring execution excellence, and enabling case-requestor community.
