The Facility Manager is responsible for providing a good working environment for clients. Additionally, the Facility Manager will arrange preventive and planned maintenance for items such as UPS units, air conditioning, cleaning, lighting, and pest control, with most assets being managed by the landlord. The manager will track and maintain preventive and planned maintenance of the office, provide proper repair arrangements for Infosys assets, and manage communication with vendors and the landlord who provide services. The role also involves maintaining and ordering office supplies and stationery. In terms of finance, responsibilities include creating purchase orders, managing leasing and FM services-related invoices, and handling 10-15 invoices.
