We are looking for a core team member who can go beyond simple tool management-someone who can drive internal marketing and communication strategies to create a "culture of learning" and accelerate individual growth across the organization.
Strong interest in HR Tech and data utilization: Eagerness to learn new tools and systems. Experience in conducting business in English: Comfortable reading manuals in English and communicating with global teams.
Experience operating websites and platforms (CMS operation, basic HTML/CSS knowledge, etc.). Practical experience in data analysis (Tableau, SQL, BI tool usage, etc.). Interest in "learning" and "education": Those with a passion for talent development, training management, or educational technology. Project support experience: Experience in task management and progress tracking for team-based work.
