As a Club InterContinental Concierge, you will provide exceptional guest experiences in the exclusive lounge on the 28th floor. Your responsibilities will include all guest service and operational duties in the Club InterContinental lounge on the 28th floor; checking in and checking out guests using the Club Floor; providing concierge services and responding to various requests; escorting and welcoming VIP guests; serving breakfast, afternoon tea, and cocktails; providing information and making arrangements for sightseeing, restaurants, and transportation in Osaka; delivering personalized service to make guests’ stays more comfortable and memorable; and other duties related to Club InterContinental operations.
