This is an end-to-end technology business interfacing role. The Director is the single point of technology accountability for Asia-Pacific, shaping and prioritizing demand, governing portfolio health, and driving decision-making, while partnering with the global Technology organization and enterprise IT teams to ensure secure, reliable operations and to keep delivery commitments, risks and dependencies visible and actively managed. The role balances local market requirements, Asia-Pacific Region and specific market regulatory and language localization needs, enterprise standards, cybersecurity, compliance and global scalability—operating at the intersection of in‑market business strategy, end‑to‑end technology execution and separation readiness. The Director acts as the end‑to‑end technology leader, owning the strategy, prioritization and execution of technology and data across Commercial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, R&D and enabling functions; ensures sustained, reliable operations of technology ecosystems and data products across the value chain; drives the business to explore, adopt and deploy digital, data and AI capabilities aligned to Asia-Pacific Region growth priorities; and coordinates with the global Technology organization, CTO and CISO to ensure secure, resilient and standardized technology execution in market. The Director serves as trusted technology advisor to the Asia-Pacific Region leadership team and participates in the local leadership cadence; translates Asia-Pacific Region business strategy into technology roadmaps, investment priorities, governance decisions and value realization plans; provides guidance on simplification, standardization, analytics, automation, AI and innovation; and represents Asia-Pacific Region needs in enterprise and regional funding, portfolio and roadmap decisions to ensure in‑market priorities are appropriately weighted. The Director owns Asia-Pacific Region business technology demand management, intake, prioritization and portfolio health across the full value chain; partners with enterprise IT teams to ensure delivery commitments, risks, dependencies, resourcing and funding are transparent and actively managed; leads business reviews and operating rhythms that drive prioritization decisions, trade‑offs, adoption and value realization; and establishes metrics and dashboards to monitor service quality, technology performance and business satisfaction. The role enables digital sales, marketing, pricing, channel and customer engagement capabilities; leads technology capabilities that improve inventory visibility, demand sensing, forecasting, replenishment, logistics performance and service levels; partners with manufacturing, quality, engineering and R&D teams to modernize operational technology, product lifecycle and new‑product‑introduction capabilities in market; and improves visibility into growth opportunities, market performance, execution gaps, supply reliability and customer trends. The Director balances Asia-Pacific Region market needs with enterprise standards, scalable platforms and consistent data models; supports Asia-Pacific Region and market(s) localization requirements for language, regulatory, commercial, data and process needs; drives adoption of enterprise platforms while simplifying local variation where possible; and partners with the Global Capability Center (GCC) to leverage shared engineering, data and operations capacity for in‑market delivery. The role delivers dashboards and analytics that improve decision‑making and feed regional and global reporting; strengthens data quality, governance and accessibility in market; ensures compliance with cybersecurity, privacy, data governance, SOX, quality, regulatory and enterprise risk expectations, including market‑specific requirements; and drives business continuity, resilience and secure‑by‑design adoption. The Director manages assigned technology investments, forecasts, budgets and benefits realization commitments; develops business cases and funding recommendations with clear trade‑offs, outcomes and return expectations; and provides transparency to cost, scope, timing, value and risk. The role leads through influence across matrixed technology, business and supplier teams, and manages and develops technology talent; builds adoption plans, communications, training and business readiness approaches for major initiatives; and coaches and develops talent while promoting accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. The Director owns the Asia-Pacific Region technology dimension of separation and standalone readiness, ensuring end‑to‑end local demand, dependencies and risks are prioritized for Day 1 and Day 2 across the value chain; partners with enterprise IT, the separation management office and business leaders to sustain continuity of business operations through the transition; provides oversight of TSA execution and exit, ensuring commitments, timelines and risks are tracked; and balances standalone build decisions with enterprise standards to avoid fragmentation as the standalone operating model takes shape.
