Why not take the plunge and join us? Position Description In this role, you will work with Certified Installers to promote the adoption of residential energy products, including Powerwall. Specifically, you will accelerate business growth by helping Certified Installers optimize product design and installation, embed best practices, and remove barriers to growth. You will join a fast-paced team and support the success of Certified Installers while handling a wide range of responsibilities. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic and team spirit, excellent communication skills both internally and externally, creativity and passion, and the desire to explore new areas in a rapidly changing environment. Responsibilities Work with the Sales, Technical, and Marketing teams to build and strengthen customer relationships. Deliver and host product overview, installation, and commissioning training for installation personnel and others at Certified Installers. Support Certified Installers with design and respond to urgent cases in coordination with the internal Technical Support team. Create technical documentation and training content. Establish systems to maintain and improve installation quality, including setting and monitoring KPIs and developing corrective and preventive actions. Collect and document feedback on products and installations, then share recommendations with internal teams to support product development and improvement. Communicate in person with Certified Installers throughout Japan; travel is expected to account for approximately 30% of the year.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Experience managing a team - Practical experience in installation or electrical work, or a degree in engineering (electrical or mechanical) or related experience - At least three years of practical experience in quality control, training, or a similar role in an operational environment - Relevant work experience in solar power (PV) or energy storage - Knowledge of technical standards and regulations for residential electrical equipment - Enthusiasm for actively communicating with colleagues overseas
