Work with account managers and partners to establish yourself as a trusted advisor to prospective and existing customers through ongoing, high-touch proposal activities. Identify and draw out issues from prospective and existing customers, determine their specific causes, and propose viable solutions by developing the optimal roadmap. Build an understanding of a broad range of products, develop proposals that optimize the overall solution for customers, and work to realize their medium- to long-term network security plans. Develop and propose effective solutions to address the cybersecurity challenges of prospective and existing customers. - Deep technical expertise in at least one specific technology area, such as network security, cloud security, endpoint security, or AI security - Experience in technical presales or solution proposals - Basic knowledge of networking, including IP, TCP/IP, routing, and NAT - Advanced knowledge of the internet and cybersecurity - Strong communication skills to accurately understand customer needs and make logical proposals - A proactive approach to keeping up with new technologies and products, and a willingness to learn independently - Japanese proficiency at a fluent or native level (Japanese-Language Proficiency Test Level 1)
