This role involves understanding process requirements and operating conditions to promote technical proposals and specification inclusion activities for filter products and degassing modules, contributing to business growth. In particular, we will focus on developing the water treatment market for data centers, which is rapidly growing due to the expansion of AI and cloud demand, in addition to the existing semiconductor market that requires high-quality pure water and process water. The ability to create new customers and projects in a growing market and directly contribute to business expansion is a significant attraction of this position. Additionally, you will lead continuous sales growth through the development of new customers and new applications in collaboration with agents and sales partners, proposals for switching from competing products, and building a project pipeline. - Bachelor's degree or graduation from a technical college (Kosen), or equivalent knowledge and experience. - Practical experience in technical sales or proposal sales in B to B. - Proven track record of independently developing new customers or new projects and securing orders. - Experience in understanding customer challenges and process requirements and providing solution proposals. - Communication skills to promote projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. - Ability to communicate smoothly in Japanese. - Ability to read and write in English, with a willingness to acquire business-level English conversation skills in the future. - Willingness to travel domestically. - Possession of a regular driver's license.
