CapcomIn our motion capture studio, you will be responsible for shooting operations as well as tool development and workflow improvement using Python and AI technologies. Specifically, you will be involved in the following tasks. No prior experience in shooting operations is required, as we will provide training from scratch. Shooting Operations include using the Vicon motion capture system for shooting tasks, building and operating a real-time preview environment using MotionBuilder, and setting up hand capture, facial capture, and video equipment. Tool Development and Workflow Improvement include developing tools and automating tasks using Python, improving workflows and promoting efficiency using AI technologies, enhancing the motion capture pipeline and conducting technical verification, supporting data integration and operations using our in-house engine, and coordinating with in-house creators and related departments.
Software Engineer, In-Cabin Perception
Woven by ToyotaDriver Monitoring Systems (DMS) - detecting driver inattentiveness such as visual distraction and eye closure using in-cabin cameras - are becoming a standard, safety-critical feature in new vehicles. As a supplier delivering DMS to Toyota, our work spans the full mass-production lifecycle: from requirements analysis and product implementation through to functional safety, quality assurance, and delivery to the customer. Our challenges include robustly monitoring drivers, passengers, and the driving environment, and handling anything that could obstruct the camera from recognizing facial features, such as eyewear or facial hair. For the next-generation In-Cabin Monitoring System (IMS), we aim to enhance capabilities, improve robustness, and expand use cases so that drivers maintain the appropriate level of focus depending on the situation and the level of automation in the vehicle - while meeting the stringent safety and quality standards required for automotive mass production. We are looking for an engineer with a growth mindset and a passion for making safe, driverless vehicles a reality and who is excited to grow with us in mass-production automotive development. Our daily work includes analyzing customer and system requirements, implementing and evaluating software, and driving improvements through data analysis - all while considering safety and quality from the earliest phase.
