The AI & Data Division in charge is responsible for supporting the development of AI by analyzing data from Rakuten's various services and providing solutions to improve services. It is also a global organization with employees located not only in Japan but also abroad. The AI & Data HR Group solves various AI human resource and organizational management issues faced as the business expands. The mission is to work together to create HR strategies and system designs that can contribute to corporate growth by thinking outside the box, accurately grasping internal and external needs, and supporting corporate growth in terms of people and organization. In this position, you will be responsible for the following tasks in collaboration with your division and other HR departments (CoE): - Procedures for joining and leaving the company, maternity and paternity leave, etc. - Recruiting planning and operations. - Talent management. - Training planning and operations. - Evaluation operations. - Labor management. - Responding to enquiries from employees, etc.
3+ years of experience in HR Experience of communication in English environment (Foreign study, business use, etc.)
Basic knowledge of labor law. Experience as HRBP/HR generalist. Experience of using English in the workplace.
