We are on a multi-year transformation journey to modernize our network of 19 manufacturing sites. There is a strong requirement to transform the dry part platform solutions to meet the market demand and new ways of operation in CPS. The Automation Manager will be responsible for partnering with CPS global platform team, CPS sites and system integrators to deliver innovative dry part equipment platform solutions following CPS Automation standards and guidelines. In the near term, the role will be heavily focused on Japan greenfield given the amount of automation solutions to be invented, later the role will also be responsible to prove and scale the solutions to other CPS sites.

The SAP Business Transformation Management (BTM) is a new solution area created to support our customer transformation journeys by aligning the four elements of transformation: Processes, Applications, People, and Data. What You’ll Do for Us: - Lead the business planning of consumer marketing strategies, co-create promotions and product innovation and actively implement and steward global programs in alignment with the OU, Business Development Director and McDonald’s that maximize profitable, recurring growth and that increase the long-term ‘partnership’ value of The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) brands within the McDonald’s system in the geographical area of responsibility. - Strongly Collaborate with TCCC network; TMD International teams and McDonald’s HQ/ Top markets as CMO level to co-develop scalable programs and bring thought leadership to drive Value. - Work as an integrated part of the team to develop local programs in line with the global beverage growth plan (including core brands (sparkling), non-carbonated beverages and innovative new products which meet changing McDonald’s and TCCC consumer lifestyle needs). - Play a leading role as subject matter expert in strategically selected projects such as Value, Execution, weekly+ recruitment, portfolio strategy and global campaigns leveraging global assets when required, etc. Must steward best practices across the globe. - Act as a liaison and steward the strategic marketing relationship with senior marketing stakeholders of McDonald’s, TCCC OUs, and TMD across JSK and GCM, ensuring the integration and alignment of TCCC and McDonald’s strategic priorities in the BPs, leveraging best practice, thinking, resources and capability to drive synergies and results. - The successful candidate must be able to independently engage and influence Senior McDonald’s Marketing leaders (CMO level), Global TCCC marketing leadership (Global category leads, AIP, Design.) OU Marketing (VP Marketing, Frontline directors.) and Senior TMD leadership (SVP international markets, Global VP, TMD president). - Provide ongoing mentoring and leadership in the marketing area to the members of the team.

The Principal Design Engineer in Micron’s NVEG (Non‑Volatile Engineering Group) organization will own and evolve the timing-critical circuitry between the NAND array and page buffer. This role is for a designer who is equally strong in architecture, transistor-level implementation, and physical aware timing closure – and who can lead technical direction across teams to deliver robust, scalable datapath solutions. You will drive designs that directly impact throughput, timing margin, power and yield, partnering closely with page buffer, array device, clocking, physical design, test, and product teams.
