Four SeasonsRespond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies. The role includes leading and organizing projects and activities within the Concierge team; coaching, training, supervising, and developing staff; maintaining professional relationships and communication across departments; recruiting and managing Concierge staff; and handling guest interactions, requests, complaints, recommendations, reservations, and local information. The role also involves coordinating with Front Desk, Reservations, Door Staff, Bell Staff, and Valet Parking; maintaining operational standards and equipment; improving processes and efficiency; preparing and monitoring budgets and expenses; and assisting the Director of Rooms.
- University degree or college degree - Over two to five years of experience in the related position with Four Seasons or other organization
