You will produce new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model. You will accomplish this through account planning, territory planning, researching prospect customers, using business development strategies and completing field-based sales activities within a defined set of prospects, territory or vertical. What you get to do in this role: Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas (e.g., CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across all product sales. Oversee client relationship mapping to the account team, orchestrating an account strategy across a broad virtual team.
Supervise the on-site team, including the Facilities Help Desk and vendors. Maintain a high standard of customer service and ensure compliance with all operational frameworks established by the client. Manage vendor quality control checks, work management, cost analysis, contract administration, and purchase orders. Ensure vendor invoices are submitted to the Finance team on time and payments are made by the due dates. Manage day-to-day vendor operations and ensure required vendors are dispatched for facilities-related requests within SLA response times, preventing critical equipment downtime and escalated customer complaints. Coordinate with vendors to keep pantry and vending-machine products fully stocked and prevent shortages of consumable supplies. Support the preparation of reports and analytical materials. Manage on-site communications, including preparing and distributing notices, to strengthen coordination across locations and improve facilities service delivery. Manage replenishment of pantry supplies and stationery; support requests related to key loans and air conditioning; create signage; anticipate facilities issues and report preventive actions to the Facility Manager; manage locker assignments, releases, and related administration; manage seating allocations and workspace assignments; issue and collect security badges and submit access-right requests; create and manage business card accounts; and complete client-specified online and on-site training related to internal tools, policies, and proprietary software. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned according to business requirements. The role is based within Tokyo’s 23 wards, generally working from the office, from 9:00 to 18:00 with a 60-minute break. Days off are Saturday and Sunday, public holidays, and the year-end and New Year period. Overtime pay is available, with a fixed overtime allowance included in the basic annual salary equivalent to 30 hours per month for non-managerial positions. Performance-related bonuses are available. A probationary period applies.

The Manager, Digital Consulting, MDS Japan & Guam is directly responsible for the daily management of digital activation efforts for hotels participating in Marriott Digital Services (MDS) programs within the Asia Pacific Excluding China (APEC) region. These programs focus on providing comprehensive digital activation services including, but not limited to, Search Engine Optimization and Generative Engine Optimization (SEO/GEO), HWS Content Management, Paid Media Management and Program Performance and Reporting. The Manager, Digital Consulting, MDS Japan & Guam acts as the main point of contact for the hotels and serves as the liaison between internal teams, ensuring all deliverables are met and tactics are executed on time. This position is responsible for setting program strategy, defining expectations, providing performance reports, and ensuring the highest level of service is provided. This position reports to the Director, Digital Consulting, MDS Japan & Guam. The MDS team provides digital solutions to all Marriott brand hotels worldwide that are enrolled in the MDS program. This centralized in-house team offers individual hotels a range of digital services and functions as an agency-like model within the Global Digital organization. The role manages work, projects, and policies by ensuring programs provide a cohesive digital strategy through search, paid media, and reporting tactic execution; managing and tracking program tactics and deliverables; tracking time against billing and non-billable activities; building relationships with properties; leading discovery and reporting calls; managing strategic keyword strategies; addressing property questions and concerns; interpreting reporting trends and communicating performance; monitoring program impact and recommending strategy changes; identifying renewals and soliciting re-enrollment; recommending additional services; meeting client satisfaction and renewal goals; providing digital support for Japan and Guam, including marketing campaigns, OTA merchandising, and Marriott digital platform updates; training hotels on Global Digital products and initiatives; and supporting region-wide projects to improve Marriott.com performance.
