This position is the first dedicated person to build the product marketing and external communication functions from scratch at our company. We aim to redefine ERP, which supports the backbone of businesses worldwide, into a flexible and scalable solution that assumes the AI era in both construction methods and end-user usage, maximizing corporate value. Currently, while our product is highly regarded for its technical advancement and flexibility, the concept of 'Headless ERP' is abstract, and there is a challenge in adequately conveying its value to executives and decision-makers within the context of traditional ERP. What we are tackling is not just providing a product, but presenting a 'new premise for enterprise software' to the market. To achieve this, we need to reconstruct the product's philosophy and technical value in a way that connects with customer challenges and decision-making, designing how it is understood in the market. In the growth phase after Series A, we are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will strategically design messaging across all touchpoints, not just sales channels, to accelerate business growth discontinuously while carrying our value definition and external messaging. This position is not about individually handling content creation or public relations activities. It is about connecting the technical features of our product with their business significance, defining how they should be understood as value in society, and designing a state where that understanding is consistently communicated. You will work closely with management, consultants, and engineers to structurally organize the product's value, meaning, and communication, and be involved in shaping recognition in the market. Experience in defining 'what is understood as value' in areas where categories are not yet established is extremely rare. Would you join us in shaping our approach to Product Marketing?
