Department Overview IT Governance Management Department has the mission of formulating IT strategy and governance to achieve Rakuten Mobile's strategic objectives and optimizing the internal IT environment that strengthens company-wide internal IT policies, processes, systems, and the enterprise as a whole. IT Management Section is responsible for executing various initiatives based on IT Governance Management Department's mission and deploying them company-wide. Position Details You will be employed by Rakuten Group, Inc. and will be responsible for driving forward various IT environments at Rakuten Mobile, Inc. Specifically: Responsible for practical tasks concerning the management of operational tools within the target department. This includes establishing management systems, providing explanations to the target department, and subsequent operational support. Achieving centralised management of software and BI tools used individually by each department. Establishing provisional mechanisms (such as Microsoft Forms) until the commencement of new system operations. Operating the internal IT management system. Conducting audits based on internal IT management regulations. Providing on-site implementation support for internal IT systems. Work Environment IT Governance Management Department as a whole has just under 20 members. The IT Infrastructure Management Section consists of one manager (male, in his 60s) and one staff member (male, in his 50s). The organization as a whole has many mid-career hires, including not only those with telecommunications industry experience, but also many people with no industry experience. Therefore, the acceptance of mid-career employees is also smooth. You will be employed by Rakuten Group, Inc. and will be responsible for driving forward various IT environments at Rakuten Mobile, Inc. Specifically: Operational duties involving registration and other tasks within various systems as part of the internal IT management system. Conducting audits based on internal IT management regulations to verify that sites are operating in accordance with established rules. Providing on-site implementation support for internal IT systems, including explaining usage methods, responding to queries from sites, and addressing requests for improvements.
Role Purpose Rresponsible for analysing loyalty performance trends, understanding the competitive environment, assisting with regional strategic business plan development and supporting the implementation of tactical initiatives to drive member acquisition, retention, share of wallet, engagement and guest love across the designated region. Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after being cleaned by Housekeeper to ensure quality standards. Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms. Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities. Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry. Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk. Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in room assignments. Communicate issues to next shift. Complete required paperwork.
