The Industry Consultant (Customer Front) [Telecom, Media, High-Tech] is a consulting group that redefines the value/experience that customers (consumers, corporate clients, and employees) seek, aiming to achieve sustainable business growth with deep industry insights and customer-centric transformations. In projects, we collaborate not only with the Song headquarters but also with diverse talents and service lines across Accenture to support transformations related to the front stage of customer experience delivery, as well as transformations related to the backstage, including data, technology, organization, and employee experience. ◆ Responsibilities Focusing on the assigned industry, cover the following as a counterpart to corporate executives: Front Stage Transformation: New business strategy, brand strategy, marketing strategy, sales strategy, channel reform, customer experience reform. - Redefining the company's purpose and mission, clarifying target customers and the company's value/brand based on that, estimating market size. - Designing target consumer experiences, formulating multi-channel communication plans, and planning services/products that create new experiences and empathy beyond existing businesses. Back Stage Transformation: Reforming operating models including processes, data, technology, organization, and employees. - Reforming processes that support the experiences defined on the front stage, human resources and organizational transformation, data utilization and data infrastructure strategy, technology transformation of customer front, and governance reform including resource allocation. - Additionally, promoting change management and experience transformation for diverse stakeholders, including employees, who are key to executing transformations. ◆ Minimum Requirements - Experience or knowledge in the telecommunications, high-tech, software, platform, media, or entertainment industries. - One of the following: Experience in strategy consulting, business consulting, or technology consulting. Experience in corporate planning, business planning, business development, service planning, marketing strategy, sales planning, or customer service operations. Experience in technology strategy, system implementation, DX promotion, IT consulting, PMO, or support experience. ◆ Preferred Requirements - A professional who is proactive in driving corporate transformations. - Interested in the impact of business and social environments from both corporate and consumer/employee perspectives, and concerned about sustainable growth for society as a whole. - Sensitivity and understanding of the latest technologies and service trends, such as generative AI. - Possess certain skills in logical thinking, critical thinking, slide writing, and presentation. - Business experience using English (TOEIC score of 750 or higher). ◆ Desired Personality - Enjoy collaborating with diverse capabilities such as designers, creators, engineers, and data scientists.
