As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing world-class technical support to Informatica customers, partners, and internal teams. In the role of Technical Support Engineer, you must be able to work and adapt in a fluid, fast-paced environment. Greet and escort guests to rooms. Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property. Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities. You will be responsible for the entire process of merchant screening at Merpay, from initial screening (during onboarding) to ongoing management (continuous monitoring after contract signing), and you will promote the construction, operation, and enhancement of the entire screening operation. Specifically, you will be in charge of building and operating the screening operation that spans from initial screening to ongoing management, designing initial screening criteria (such as attributes, credit checks, and product checks) and ongoing management criteria (such as regular surveys and monitoring) in an integrated manner, establishing a consistent risk management system throughout the entire screening lifecycle, organizing the division of roles on how to supplement items mitigated during initial screening on the ongoing management side, and implementing operations in collaboration with departments responsible for sales, systems, and screening rules. You will also enhance ongoing management (continuous monitoring) by utilizing generative AI and data to fundamentally improve and automate the screening and monitoring operations. You will redesign the judgment process that has traditionally relied on human labor into a system based on AI, and you will plan and execute effective measures that balance the strengthening of fraud prevention systems with business growth. In a unique challenge and cross-functional growth environment, you will be able to design screening operations that impact the entire merchant base while collaborating across internal related departments. You will lead the creation of screening and monitoring systems from initiatives on the sales side that promote understanding of on-site operations, to efficiency improvements through system implementation and AI utilization, and to compliance with legal amendments. You will be involved in the phase of establishing an AI-native screening and monitoring operation model, where you will define and implement a new way of screening and monitoring that overturns the traditional framework of screening operations by leveraging generative AI and external data.
