As a technical sales representative, you will understand customer challenges and needs, propose solutions, and connect them to business opportunities. Products handled: Onboard Security Software, Autosar Software, Offboard Security Software, and Security Consulting Service. • Work closely with account managers to engage with key business and technical contacts, understand customer use cases and technical priorities, and communicate the value proposition of our solutions to drive strategic opportunities and acquisition projects. • Collaborate with solution field managers, product management, account managers, and other stakeholders to define, implement, and execute market entry strategies for new solutions. • Utilize core stakeholders (field application engineers, product management, system architects, engineering, marketing, partners) to ensure project success and adjust as necessary. • Act as a technical sales expert for the solution field portfolio at customer sites, working closely with the solution field manager to deeply understand customer use cases and issues, and act as a trusted partner. • Accelerate solution adoption and utilization to gain customer references that can be leveraged for future sales activities, ensuring customer success. • Share proven methods globally with the sales organization and internal stakeholders through information exchange and coaching to accelerate sales opportunities.

Your day to day **People** • Direct day-to-day activities, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members.
