Position: Why We Hire Our section is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the planning, infrastructure coordination, and internal promotion of cloud services within the Corporate IT division. This role requires strong leadership in driving adoption and engagement among business users, based on the understanding of the roadmap of the cloud services managed by Biz IT Solution group. Overview of the Role The Team Lead - TTS Client PMO, is expected to manage the TTS Client PMO team in Japan, which managers highly complex and time-sensitive client implementations/ projects covering cash management and trade products. The Team Lead is also expected to manage a portfolio of such deals as a Project Manager. Ensure timely delivery of projects and total client satisfaction for the projects managed by TTS Client PMO team: Implement client objectives within standard guidelines and timeframes Act as an advisor to the client in building the overall structure of the project and fine tune the solution to fit the client's requirements. In the project manager role act as the primary interface to client contacts, while coordinating all internal and external project related activities. In the Team Lead role, act as the advisor to senior client counterparts in structuring project management approach. Support Sales effort by participating as a part of the deal team to prepare client pitches. Comply with all audit, regulatory and compliance directives. As Growth Marketing Lead, you'll own Canva Japan's growth marketing end-to-end, from awareness and acquisition through to activation, conversion, retention and revenue, building data-driven strategies across the full customer journey. You'll pair deep, practical advertising expertise with an experimental mindset and a genuine understanding of Japanese consumers, and you'll work with local and global marketing, creative, product, data and localisation teams to find and scale what works. Goals you’ll achieve 0-6 month goals - Take full, hands-on ownership of Japan's digital advertising channels, running day-to-day setup, optimisation and budget management directly in-platform. - Build a clear view of the Japan funnel from acquisition to revenue, and identify the highest-impact growth opportunities from customer behaviour, market trends and campaign data. - Stand up a structured testing roadmap across channels, audiences and creative concepts, with clear goals and measurement in place. 6-12 month goals - Improve core efficiency metrics (CAC, CPA, ROAS and conversion rate) and show measurable incremental lift from paid investment. - Scale the channels and campaigns that work, reallocating budget based on performance, incrementality and business impact. - Partner with local creative to ship truly local ad concepts that lift conversion with Japanese audiences, and establish a clear read on which messages and formats drive results. This role is responsible for the supporting the Directors of Commercial in region to manage the commercial activity for new hotel openings and hotel conversions / integration, coordinating activities of all functions of sales, marketing, PR, Channels, distribution and relationship management – working closely with Lifecycle & Growth teams. Drive the Commercial Team critical path tasks in Hotel Opening Manager (HOM) ensuring all tasks are completed on time, by the correct person or team and the relevant tools have been effectively utilized. Works closely with the Lifecycle and Growth global and regional teams to ensure any applicable processes, tools and procedures can be consistently applied in all openings and conversions. Drive the Hotel Openings commercial agenda by working with the on-property Director of Sales and Marketing, Director Commercial/Area Director of Sales and Marketing to develop and implement the pre-opening Sales and Marketing Plan and platforms for new hotel openings in the region supported by and, in conjunction with, the Director of Sales, Director of Revenue Management and Director of Marketing Management and Distribution and Relationship Marketing Teams across the region.
