Job Description You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the team in place of the Assistant Front Office Manager, and coordinating and supervising all hotel operations during the night in the absence of the General Manager or their representative. You will ensure the safety and security of guests and address night audits accurately and in a timely manner. Specifically, you will be involved in patrolling the hotel premises, including the heart of house and parking, greeting VIPs, handling all complaints, preparing daily reports, ensuring compliance with all front office policies and procedures, organizing, supervising, and directing the night fire team, understanding front office operational systems as well as backup procedures and system recovery procedures, understanding and following up on front desk, guest experience, and operator service standards, ensuring compliance with IHG One Rewards standards, supervising and instructing the handling and disposal of lost and found items, reporting issues resolved and unresolved during your shift to the Director of Rooms/Assistant Front Office Manager, being familiar with all room types, hotel metrics, and facilities, registering and managing at-risk guests, and supervising batch processing by auditing daily sales transactions at the front office, confirming matches, reconciling all cash register balances, and reporting discrepancies to the responsible parties.

We are hiring a Partner Director to shape and execute OpenAI’s AWS alliance partnership in Japan. This person will own the direct relationship with AWS Japan while mobilizing AWS Japan field teams and the broader services-partner ecosystem around high-value customer opportunities. You will build and own the Japan GTM strategy with AWS, translating the alliance into repeatable OpenAI and AWS solutions, field playbooks, governance structures, and co-sell motions that can be adopted across Japan’s customer segments and GTM teams. In this role, you will: Jointly shape and execute the Japan AWS alliance strategy and annual operating plan with the Japan Partnerships Lead and Japan GTM leaders.
