ANA Holiday Inn Resort Shinano Omachi Kuroyon is seeking full-time staff for the Western cuisine cooking department. Department Overview Rakuten Ichiba is one of the largest e-commerce shopping centers in Japan with approximately 60,000 stores opening and a total annual distribution of approximately 6 trillion yen in 2024. It is a department that develops and operates business support systems within Rakuten Ichiba's products (services). Among the business support systems, a customer management system that efficiently manages stores opened in Rakuten Ichiba, an analysis system for thinking about future strategies, a chatbot systems that promotes smooth communication between users and call centers, among others. The business support system we are developing is also used for various in-house services such as Rakuten Travel (online travel reservation service) other than Rakuten Ichiba. We are recruiting for a group that provides system consulting to our merchant stores. By using the RMS (ASP service) provided by Rakuten Ichiba to its merchants, merchants can conduct their EC business at Rakuten Ichiba. However, merchants face numerous challenges (such as wanting to improve operations by linking with Rakuten) depending on the type of business and company size.
