We are looking for members to handle the management and delivery operations of clinical trial drugs due to the expansion of our business and strengthening of our system with the opening of the second warehouse. At our company, which specializes in the management and delivery of clinical trial drugs, you will be responsible for a series of tasks including receiving, labeling, shipping, and handling returns. Since you will be working in the new warehouse, you will be involved in a wide range of operations related to clinical trial drug management, not limited to specific tasks. The job responsibilities include handling the receipt of clinical trial drugs at various temperature ranges, inventory management, labeling tasks, preparing for shipping, packaging, and delivery procedures at various temperature ranges, handling returns (processing returns of clinical trial drugs at room temperature and inventory management), improving business flows, and conducting training through e-learning. The packages you will handle typically weigh between 10kg and 20kg each. You will also be required to consolidate multiple packages onto pallets and move them with a hand fork. Additionally, incoming cargo may arrive in large containers, so the job involves a certain amount of physical labor. However, handling is primarily done using carts and hand forklifts, making it a worker-friendly environment. Regarding the work environment, the warehouse is managed by temperature zones to protect the quality of clinical trial drugs. In addition to the room temperature management area of 15 to 25 degrees Celsius, there are refrigerated areas at 5 degrees Celsius, frozen areas at -20 degrees Celsius, and a general area (without temperature control) where work will take place. Accurate storage, inbound and outbound procedures, and delivery processes will be conducted in a temperature-controlled environment in accordance with laws and various regulations. After joining, you will undergo training for about 1 to 3 months at the existing warehouse in Koto Ward, Shin-Kiba. The training period may vary depending on your experience, abilities, and skills. After completing the training, you are expected to work at the second warehouse in Ota Ward, Heiwajima.
