Work directly with the management team of Bosch Rexroth Japan and help shape how we lead, strategize, and transform our organization. This is not a typical internship. You will work closely with our country leadership team on one of our most important internal initiatives: defining our future strategy and the management system needed to turn it into action. What you'll do: Work directly with the Bosch Rexroth Japan leadership team on strategy and organizational development. Support the development of our country strategy, from purpose, vision and strategic objectives to initiatives, KPIs and execution. Turn management discussions and ideas into clear concepts, presentations, decision papers and actionable plans. Support the deployment of strategy across the organization, including workshops, alignment with departments, consolidation of input and follow-up. Prepare and facilitate leadership workshops and strategic meetings, including agendas, materials, documentation and action tracking. Help develop management routines, meeting structures, review cycles and long-term leadership agendas. Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decisions and management discussions. Coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives and follow up with stakeholders across the organization. Help ensure that decisions become actions by maintaining transparency on priorities, responsibilities, deadlines and progress. Why join us: This is a unique opportunity to experience how a company is actually led from the inside. Rather than supporting one department or a single project, you will work closely with our senior management team and gain exposure to strategy, organizational development, governance and business transformation across the entire company. You will be expected to take complex and sometimes unstructured management topics and help turn them into something tangible: a presentation, analysis, workshop, management process, project plan or decision proposal. The role therefore combines elements of strategy consulting, project management and a leadership-team office. You will receive significant exposure to senior management while being trusted with real responsibility and work that directly influences how Bosch Rexroth Japan develops.
We are seeking an Account Technology Strategist for the Public Sector Business Division at Microsoft Japan, specifically within the Local Government and Education Headquarters. As a technical sales representative for local governments and educational institutions, you will lead the adoption and utilization of Microsoft’s cloud and AI technologies in a safe and differentiated manner from a technical strategy perspective. This role is responsible for the entire service portfolio, including Microsoft cloud products (Microsoft 365, Azure, AI, security), designing and implementing optimal end-to-end solutions for our customers. You will orchestrate internal tech resources and partner resources, and provide feedback on product specification issues to headquarters engineering, leading the adaptation and improvement of products for the public sector. You will be a leader who spans sales, go-to-market (GTM), solution development, and product improvement. Japanese local governments, educational institutions, and research organizations are undergoing significant transformations. In the context of various national strategies, such as citizen services responding to a declining workforce, the use of AI as a learning foundation, improving the working environment for teachers and staff, and the application of AI in research like AI for Science, we are looking for someone who is passionate about understanding customer needs strategically, engaging deeply with customers, and promoting the digital transformation of Japanese society as a whole. We look forward to your application.
Anthropic is expanding its reseller program in Japan and Korea. As our Reseller Operations Manager for Japan and Korea, you'll own how resellers in both countries get onboarded, transact, get paid, and get supported, across both of our resale motions: hyperscaler resale, where partners resell Claude through the cloud marketplaces (AWS Bedrock today, Google Cloud Vertex AI and Microsoft Foundry to follow), and direct resale, where partners resell on Anthropic paper through our own quote-to-order and billing systems. The global team builds the program; you make it work for Japanese and Korean partners and feed back what has to change. This is an operator role, not a partner manager role. In the first months you'll be validating deal registrations and answering partner tickets yourself; by the end of the first year the volume should be running on documented process, service levels, and vendor or system coverage that you set up. You'll report into Partner Experience and work day to day with two groups. The global Partner Operations team in San Francisco owns the reseller program's systems, and playbooks; our reseller operations owner there is your direct counterpart, and you'll split work along a simple line: they own the global process, you own its execution and adaptation in Japan and Korea. The Japan and Korea go-to-market teams own the partner relationships and the commercial conversations; you're the operational layer underneath them, and the person they come to when something about a partner's onboarding, order, or payout needs to move. You'll also be the regional voice into Finance, Deal Desk, RevOps, and the cloud alliance teams on anything that has to work differently in these markets.
As an Enterprise Account Executive, Retail based in Tokyo, you'll drive the adoption of safe, frontier AI technology across Japan's retail, consumer packaged goods (CPG), and general trading companies. You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, working with senior leaders to help them optimize operations, strengthen supply chains, personalize customer experiences at scale, and sharpen their competitive position with Anthropic's AI solutions. Own and exceed revenue targets by winning new major accounts and expanding existing relationships across Japan's domestic retailers, CPG manufacturers, and general trading companies. Build and execute territory plans, identifying high-value opportunities across supermarket and convenience store groups, specialty retailers, food & beverage and consumer goods manufacturers, and sogo shosha and their group companies. Lead consultative sales processes with senior executives — including CIOs, CDOs, CMOs, and heads of supply chain, merchandising, and DX — positioning AI as a driver for demand forecasting, personalization, inventory optimization, trade and supply chain operations, and enhanced customer experience. Orchestrate internal teams (Product, Engineering, Applied AI, Partnerships) to deliver solutions that integrate with existing retail and enterprise technology stacks while meeting Japan's data privacy requirements under the APPI framework.
