In our asset management department, you will be responsible for real estate transactions, building construction-related tasks, and the maintenance management of our owned properties and tenant properties. The main duties will involve real estate-related tasks. Specifically, this includes information gathering, external negotiations, document preparation, handling of sales and construction-related matters, procedural tasks, and internal coordination. Additionally, as part of building facilities maintenance management, you will engage in external negotiations, document preparation, on-site responses, internal coordination, and the planning of medium- to long-term repair plans. The internal service provision tasks will include layout change responses, procurement management of furniture, equipment, and consumables, and handling of mail deliveries. You will also be responsible for other general administrative tasks related to asset management.

The management team has a high awareness of dialogue with employees and human resources, as evidenced by holding about 20 employee briefing sessions on human resource systems, company performance, and corporate growth potential. Therefore, there are high expectations in the assigned department, and after joining, you will mainly be entrusted with the following tasks: promoting work style reform (improving working conditions), promoting diverse work styles (remote work, staggered hours, and other appropriate work style proposals), optimizing working hours (compliance with laws and regulations, eradication of overwork, proper understanding of working hours), and initiatives for support in balancing work and family (support for returning to work and balancing childcare, nursing care, and personal illness). Labor measures (improving the working environment) include revitalizing the workplace, harassment countermeasures (education, awareness, guidance, discipline, and recurrence prevention), practicing a transparent workplace environment (operating various consultation desks and providing problem-solving support), and career support (re-education and support for employees with poor performance or health, internal reallocation, and re-employment support). Health promotion (practicing health management) involves improving mental health and health literacy (education, awareness, and guidance), specific health maintenance and enhancement measures (diet, exercise, women, long working hours, and mental health), operating safety and health committees, and managing in-house clinical rooms (collaborating with labor and management, industrial physicians, and industrial health nurses), as well as building and operating systems (improving operational efficiency and information security measures through the visualization of health information).
You will be responsible for the secretariat of the Board of Directors, planning and management of shareholders meetings, planning and implementation of corporate governance-related measures, various disclosure tasks, and overall planning and execution of SR (Shareholder Relations) activities, including dialogue with institutional investors. In our legal department, you will be responsible for legal-related tasks such as drafting contract documents and promoting compliance management and planning. You will handle legal consultations, including conducting legal research and providing advice during the development of game titles, as well as consumer protection law research and advice related to consumer contract law, the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations, the Payment Services Act, and the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions during game sales. You will also plan and implement measures for the protection of personal and confidential information. Additionally, you will respond to incidents related to legal troubles concerning game titles and administrative investigations by overseas authorities. You will conduct legal research on consumer protection and information protection laws in various countries, including the United States and Europe, and negotiate with law firms and manage projects related to these investigations. You will investigate and analyze legal risks and plan and implement internal awareness activities, including e-learning and internal training, as well as create company-wide notifications. You will review contracts and manage them post-signing, including various transaction contracts related to game development, secondary use contracts (merchandising, video adaptation, e-sports, etc.), and create privacy policies and end-user license agreements. You will also handle debt collection when credit concerns arise with business partners. The appeal of the legal department lies in the ability to implement initiatives that create unique ideas and impact the entire company without being constrained by existing frameworks.
You will be involved in the management support of development equipment such as PCs, monitors, and dedicated development machines from various hardware manufacturers in our game development. The main tasks include setting up, distributing, and troubleshooting desktop PCs, monitors, and development machines from various hardware manufacturers. You will also distribute various software, manage accounts and licenses, and handle troubleshooting. Additionally, you will manage inventory of various equipment, transport items to warehouses and development sites, and oversee warehouse management. Please note that the job will involve the handling and transportation of heavy equipment such as PCs, monitors, and large televisions. Examples of development equipment include full tower PCs, mid tower PCs, PC monitors, PC peripherals (such as graphic tablets), PC parts, game development software (DCC tools like Autodesk Maya, 3DCG, Unity, Houdini, ZBrush, various fonts), and dedicated development machines like PS4/5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series S/X.
The job involves promoting the sales of our titles in Japan, both digital and packaged, covering analysis, strategy formulation, and execution. The main focus will be on strategy formulation, along with proposing plans to both internal and external stakeholders.
Create characters and prop animations with a combination of motion capture data and key-framed animation. Cooperate with Creative Directors, Narrative Directors, Art/Animation Directors to bring to life compelling cinematic moments in the game. Create realistic facial animation utilizing capture data and key-framed animation. Plan and direct motion capture sessions. Craft quick animatics to assist with communicating scene narratives prior to production. Keep up to date with new and emerging animation and motion capture technologies and techniques.
Create high quality environment assets optimized for real-time rendering. Collaborate with Level Designers and other artists to build out levels and environments within the engine editor. Keep current with best practices and art creation workflows. Partner with Technical Artists to define workflows and provide best practices documentation.
Partner with the Creative and Art Directors to develop a compelling lighting look in service of the game design. Create in-game and cinematic lighting scenarios to match the visual targets defined by the Art Direction. Partner with Technical Artists to prototype new lighting workflows and technologies. Place and tune lighting and atmosphere related FX such as god rays and fog. Author post effects including exposure, bloom, tone mapping, and color grading. Partner with Engineers and Technical Artists to improve workflows.
