The Transaction Management Team is responsible for a wide range of tasks in the lending lifecycle, including loan closing, coordination of credit management, facilitating complex customer onboarding, data management, and quality control. This team oversees the operations from closing to credit management for all loan transactions in the supported business division, ensuring that all internal and external requirements are met. In this role, you’re expected to contribute to the build and development team to support loan origination and lifecycle management, which includes large complex syndicated and bilateral loans covering but not limited to corporate, commercial, real estate, structured lending, and trade. You will conduct thorough reviews of credit documentation packages to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. You will review and assess credit protection elements, including collateral arrangements, covenants, and other credit enhancement mechanisms, and verify the consistency and alignment between executed or draft legal agreements and internal credit approvals.
