You will be involved in a wide range of production tasks according to your skills, including the development of various web systems necessary for Capcom's game portal site and game service provision. You are expected to be responsible for tasks such as developing and operating web systems necessary for content provision and initiatives linked to game titles, developing and operating membership information management and payment services for online and consumer games, developing and providing web systems necessary for event and campaign planning, proposing system configurations for the commonality of web system elements, developing prototypes of web services, verifying and introducing new technologies and software for development support and quality improvement, planning and producing interactive elements considering user experience, and producing animations that match the game's worldview and project concept. Additionally, you will also engage in skill enhancement related to web technologies, sharing know-how, and conducting internal study sessions beyond the above tasks.

■ Tool Programmer This position involves creating customized tools that operate on DCC tools such as Autodesk Maya. Responsibilities include developing feature extension tools for existing and new consumer titles on DCC tools, creating feature extension tools for game engines for existing and new consumer titles, and developing tools that operate on Windows for existing and new projects. You will work alongside artists to implement various tasks aimed at achieving better efficiency in operations. ■ This role also includes providing technical support for various troubleshooting issues related to DCC tools and game engines, as well as maintaining and adding features to an internal website service for efficient dissemination of company information.

You will be responsible for the design and development of the foundational libraries of RE ENGINE, CAPCOM's in-house engine, as well as supporting the entire game engine, including verification of various hardware and platforms and adaptation to their functionalities. This includes conducting basic verification for releasing game applications on platforms such as PS4/5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series S/X, PC, Stadia, iOS, and Android, as well as integrating functionalities and conducting applied research. You will develop the foundational libraries that support components such as AI, rendering, animation, and networking, and work on building and improving the development environment related to the overall engine development. Through the optimization of game engines and game titles, you will provide internal development support to ensure rapid development iterations and a comfortable gaming experience.
