Our jobs aren’t just about putting food on the table that our guests will enjoy until they ask for their bill. Instead, we want to build an experience that is memorable and unique – with food and drinks on the side. Our Servers take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services to make sure that guests enjoy their meal. Whether setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting and serving guests, or cleaning work areas and supplies, the Server makes transactions feel like part of the experience. No matter what position you are in, there are a few things that are critical to success – creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional. Servers will be on their feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time; moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces), managing the menu (read and visually verify information), and taking a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance; reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping). Doing all these things well (and other reasonable job duties as requested) is critical for Servers – to get it right for our guests and our business each and every time.
Dermatology Category Digital Communications & Brand Site Strategy Lead
As the importance of digital marketing and the proportion of investment allocated to it continue to grow year after year, we need to further strengthen digital activities for our skincare brands in the rapidly expanding dermatology category: d program, IHADA, and REVITAL. Digital advertising is a particularly important touchpoint, and there is a growing need to maximize ROI through communication design based on target audience insights and optimization of advertising performance. We are looking to hire a new professional to develop strategies for and manage performance-based digital advertising, further strengthening our capabilities in this area. You will lead digital marketing strategy and execution for our dermatology skincare brands, d program, IHADA, and REVITAL. Your responsibilities will include supporting IMC planning for digital channels; developing and executing paid advertising strategies; developing and executing strategies for owned media, including X, Instagram, LINE, and brand websites; and directing a range of digital creative work. To support the growth of your assigned brands—d program, IHADA, and REVITAL—in the Japanese market, you will lead the development and execution of integrated communications strategies for digital channels, primarily focused on the upper and middle funnel, as well as brand site strategies. For digital communications and paid advertising strategy development and project management, you will develop communication concepts and promotional plans based on target audience insights; plan media, including performance-based digital advertising focused on the upper and middle funnel; prepare creative briefs and provide creative direction; coordinate and manage schedules with external partners such as advertising agencies; and evaluate results and drive the PDCA cycle. For brand site strategy and production direction, you will develop growth strategies for brand sites, improve UI/UX, and plan content and direct its production. You will also work with brand marketing teams to support overall digital IMC planning and drive the PDCA cycle and reporting, including evaluating the effectiveness of individual initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to marketing strategy as a brand owner rather than as part of a functional department, take responsibility for brand P&L, and exercise significant autonomy in work related to the brands. A distinctive feature of the role is the opportunity to build a career as a marketer overseeing not only digital activities but also brand marketing and the overall IMC strategy. You can gain experience across the full scope of brand marketing, not just digital, and manage brands with annual budgets in the tens of billions of yen. Flexible working arrangements, including remote work, allow you to work in a way that suits your lifestyle.
