You will play a key role in helping customers and their transformation projects succeed by defining the vision and project approach for large-scale transformation initiatives in the AI/Agentic Enterprise era, and by personally driving and leading project execution. The role has two main responsibilities. For customer project proposals, you will work with Account Partners (service sales representatives) to propose Salesforce Professional Services solutions, including Agentic AI solutions, consulting projects, and implementation projects, and lead proposal activities both before and after a deal is closed. In particular, when developing project proposals, you will define the optimal project approach for AI and people to work together, based on the customer’s challenges and the objectives of its transformation toward becoming an Agentic Enterprise. You will collaborate not only with Account Partners but also with specialists in other areas across the organization to identify the required service resources and AI expertise. In providing leadership to ensure project success, you will be responsible for driving or supporting the overall project after it is awarded as an industry or delivery expert, ensuring its success, and ultimately helping the customer create sustainable value. You will be expected to build and maintain relationships with customer executives, proactively improve project quality and the impact of AI-driven transformation, and work with AI architects and specialists across the organization to bring the necessary expertise to projects. In this position, you will contribute to expanding the consulting business, primarily serving customers in the financial sector, including banking, securities, insurance, and related businesses, and supporting AI-led business transformation. Working with stakeholders across the organization, you will have the autonomy to determine how to build customer relationships and sell Salesforce Professional Services. We are looking for someone eager to apply strategic, creative thinking informed by AI and cutting-edge technologies to build the next Salesforce Services business and lead the Agentic Enterprise era. You will lead the development of customer-specific AI and technology implementation proposals, SOWs, and staffing plans, working with specialists in other areas across the organization to build consensus on proposals that can be accepted. You will work closely with Account Sales and Service Sales and be responsible for presales activities, including scoping, solution development incorporating AI, SOW creation, and project staffing. You will provide Professional Services teams with expertise on proposed solutions, customer needs, and the latest developments in AI to ensure project success. Where appropriate and necessary for customer success, you will directly lead or support project teams throughout the engagement lifecycle, helping maximize business outcomes and ensure project success. You will work with project teams and serve as an escalation point for both account and delivery teams. You will contribute to business growth by managing multiple strategic customers simultaneously and deliberately developing and executing projects that can serve as references for prospective customers.
