Facilities Coordinator – Soft Services The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating facility services to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients. This role oversees day-to-day soft services operations including cleaning, catering, waste management, pest control, and reception services while maintaining high service standards and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee soft services vendors including cleaning contractors, catering suppliers, waste management providers, and building management. The Facility Coordinator (Finance) will assist all team members and contribute to the client through Finance operation. The team provides services related to both soft and hard in the client office. There is also the aspect of working on behalf of the client. The Facility Coordinator (Finance) is primarily responsible for budget and order management and payment related to the team’s work. The primary point of contact for both the Head Office Finance Department and our Regional Finance Department is the budget and order management team. Tracking from PO Issuance to Receipt of Invoice and Payment is required. Communication with finance representatives at each office (approximately 20 locations) is necessary. Participation in team improvement activities is expected. The role involves assisting all team members to verify with Finance on all expenditure for facilities management, including invoice reconciliations, and contributing to cost-saving initiatives.
