The Banker is a senior level position responsible for assisting clients in raising funds in the capital markets, as well as in providing strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions and other types of financial transactions in coordination with the Institutional Banking team. The VP Banker also serves as an intermediary in trading for clients. As the MAC Geo Lead for North Asia and Occupancy Planning specialist for Japan, you will be at the forefront of strategic workplace planning and execution across one of the most dynamic regions in the portfolio. This role combines high-level geographic leadership with hands-on occupancy planning expertise, requiring you to balance macro-level strategic thinking with detailed operational execution. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all Move, Add, Change (MAC) activities across North Asia while simultaneously driving occupancy optimization initiatives for Japan operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including real estate, facilities, technology, and business leadership, to forecast space needs, manage complex transitions, and ensure workplace strategies align with both immediate operational requirements and long-term business objectives. Lead all phases of MAC transition, including program development, budgeting, planning, project milestone scheduling, project implementation, issue resolution, and project closure. Manage end-to-end project coordination, including move management, delivery of agreed space plans, and support during construction to minimize disruption. Coordinate First Day of Business (FDOB) for new sites and oversee minor works and FM minor moves. Lead Japan and site-level occupancy and allocation planning by managing supply, capacity, demand, and vacancy to align with short-term and long-term headcount projections. Understand available space at the site, PA, and team levels to evaluate ongoing and new space requests across the country or campus.
