The Growth Officer, Japan, a key member of the Customer Success (CS) Market Unit (MU) leadership team, will have general responsibility for focusing on the holistic health of out-quarter business. Works alongside the Regional Strategy and Transformation lead to ensure strategic programs and innovation initiatives are being implemented in Japan in support of CS business goals, financial objectives, portfolio aspirations, and field/organizational growth requirements. Responsible for driving Quarter+1 / Quarter+2 preparedness and provides a connective voice across all demand generation engines, building a cohesive demand strategy and achieving desired pipeline goals across all solutions, segments, industries, and geographies. Strategic program and initiative implementation Provide hands-on leadership and support in the implementation of Global, Regional and MU-specific programs and initiatives in Japan. Ex. Global NLAC program, Regional Digital Hub ramp up, Japan Point of Presence cases. Own and drive these initiatives within Japan on behalf of the Managing Director, Japan. Link Global and Regional programs / initiatives between GC and key Regional stakeholders - including the Regional Strategy / Transformation resources and the Regional Growth Officers. In conjunction with Digital Hub leadership, mature the regional Digital Hub strategy; drive DH motions, modalities & processes into GC Key MU leadership Act as a clear leader in Japan and represent the Managing Director when not available with customers, partners and internal stakeholders. Represent SAP externally at an executive level. Function as Executive Sponsor, where appropriate. Demand execution Be the single owner for high quality pipeline in CQ+1 and CQ+2, as well as overall 4RQ mplement a programmatic approach to managing pipeline, supported by Demand Management and build depth of understanding across sources of demand generation to ensure appropriate build against pipeline diversity & goals. Overall management of facility services. This includes the operation management of help desk services across all locations, including remote offices, planning, coordination, and execution of employee events, and ticket management and tracking of service requests until completion. Implementation of health and safety management involves monitoring and responding to daily health and safety issues, conducting regular safety inspections and maintaining records, planning, coordinating, and executing disaster drills, and properly maintaining safety-related documents. Operational support and escalation include acting as a building operations coordinator/facility manager in their absence, timely escalation of critical issues to senior management, and coordination and supervision of maintenance work and construction activities. Asset and space management involves asset lifecycle management, which includes optimizing equipment placement through close collaboration with the asset management team and IT department, accurate asset registration and data updates in the facility management system, proper tagging and management of assets, and planning and supporting annual asset audits. Space optimization includes continuous monitoring and analysis of office space utilization, proposing and implementing efficient space allocation, conducting annual space reviews and verifying room ownership, and ensuring and improving data accuracy in collaboration with global teams.
