Job Position Summary The Account Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets and planning and executing sales activities in the assigned area. In this process, they are responsible for customer management and response within the area. They understand team talent development and provide support for talent development as needed. As the area representative, they provide objective and constructive opinions to LT members, regional sales managers, and area managers. They actively execute sales strategies for new product launches in the assigned area. They grasp market trends inside and outside the area and actively execute area strategies based on product strategies. They comply with all relevant laws and regulations, adhere to compliance, and conduct activities in accordance with internal regulations. They respond quickly and appropriately to product complaints in collaboration with relevant departments according to internal rules. They engage in talent development within the area as needed to realize a continuously growing organization over the medium to long term. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher. Experience: Experience in sales in the healthcare industry (3 years or more preferred). Experience in the ophthalmology field (1 year or more preferred). PC skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). Strategic and logical thinking, presentation skills, and excellent interpersonal communication skills. Past achievements in sales (performance exceeding targets, awards, etc.). Industry knowledge (ophthalmology field, laws, HCC guidelines, competitors, etc.). A proactive mindset towards business growth.

The job responsibilities include consistently handling orders, implementation after orders, and technical support for products developed within the Electrophysiology Division. You will act as a technical interface between medical facilities in your assigned area and your sales office, attending surgeries for arrhythmia patients and providing technical support to healthcare professionals. You will plan, prepare, and conduct training seminars and study sessions regarding products and diseases for doctors, nurses, and medical device technicians at medical facilities in your assigned area. You will also assist in providing technical and clinical literature related to products and cases.
