The Data Strategist is responsible for how we collect and utilize information across all game titles, including AAA titles, and leads the formulation and execution of strategies. This role consistently leads data analysis tasks from defining analysis requirements, log design, log quality management, to actual analysis, visualization, and proposals, playing a crucial role in enhancing the value of our titles. The job responsibilities include leading the analysis environment construction project in collaboration with the game development team and other related departments, managing project progress, defining analysis requirements, designing data acquisition according to game titles, managing log quality, creating various outputs using data (reporting, dashboard creation), and planning and executing internal enlightenment and educational measures related to data analysis.

For games after release, we collect data from actual user play and visualize user play trends from various angles to improve that title and utilize it for future titles. We handle a large number of consumer game titles, including AAA titles played by tens of millions of users globally, and it is essential to process this vast amount of data thoroughly, accurately, and efficiently. The Analytics Engineer supports an environment where data analysts can focus on analysis by designing, building, and maintaining data marts, aggregating and visualizing data, and maintaining BI tools and dashboards for such diverse play data. Being involved in building a data analysis environment that handles a wide range of data, from detailed and complex to very large, is the essence of this job. Furthermore, we are actively working on utilizing machine learning and AI technologies. By using new technologies to conduct more advanced analysis on the vast play data accumulated so far, we aim to support rapid decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
