The biggest challenge I felt at McKinsey was the difficulty of sustaining impact within client companies. After graduating from McKinsey, I strongly felt that systematization is the key to sustaining business and organizational reform in the long term, and that excellent strategy and design are essential for excellent systems. Our strategy consulting team provides services to help client companies transform into organizations that are resilient to change by utilizing the latest technology through 'technology-equipped' and 'co-pilot' strategy consulting like Palantir. We hope that our colleagues in the strategy consulting team will become 'dual-skilled' personnel who can design and deploy 'moving outputs' such as strategy and business planning, as well as digital products. Please lend us your strength to accelerate the expansion of our globally recognized Headless business solutions. Let's revitalize Japan together! Cofounder/CEO Yo Shibata In today's world, where new technologies and complex and ambiguous social issues abound, it is often difficult for management and business leaders to make decisions with speed about 'what to tackle' and 'which issues to prioritize.' To respond to the growing demand for next-generation strategy consulting that clarifies the direction to tackle in collaboration with the client's leadership, Tailor is looking for new colleagues. We will not let the formulated strategy end up as just a drawing; we will take on the work of strengthening the client's organizational structure through 'co-pilot' support. Rather than just proposals using PowerPoint, we will be responsible for elevating it to a moving output. You will play a crucial role in directly collaborating with the client's management and business leaders to determine the overall direction of the company. - Breaking through 'the dilution of issues': You will lead the identification of truly important management and business issues that need to be addressed, prioritization, and roadmap formulation for the client's management and business leaders. - Organizational strengthening and co-pilot support: You will provide hands-on (co-pilot) support to reform the client's organizational structure and processes to implement the formulated strategy. - Bridging to IT outputs: You will connect the formulated strategy to concrete outputs that create value, not just reports. You will be deeply involved in the process of IT outputs and experience tangible results with your colleagues. - Utilizing the Tailor Platform: You will provide ideas conceived with the engineering team as actual digital products to clients within weeks. Engineers will use the Tailor Platform to build initial applications within one to three days after discussions on the ideal state. We will rapidly cycle through this process to quickly verify and execute the validity of the strategy.
We are seeking an accomplished Developer Relations Manager to lead developer ecosystem engagement in Japan, working closely with Japanese Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), startups, research institutions, and enterprise software providers building next-generation AI applications. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with the ability to build deep relationships within the Japanese developer ecosystem—guiding partners through platform integrations, enabling innovation, and inspiring developers across industries to build on NVIDIA technologies shaping the future of computing.
We are looking for a Principal Engineer to join our Autonomous Vehicles and Physical AI Solutions team. In this high-impact role, you will be the technical authority for our most strategic automotive and robotics partnerships in Japan. You will bridge the gap between NVIDIA’s full-stack technologies—including DRIVE AGX Thor, Hyperion Platform, DRIVE OS, Halos OS, Alpamayo and Cosmos world foundation models—and the production-grade requirements of Japanese and global OEMs. The role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, full-stack system optimization and safety architecture in the technical dimension, but also feel comfortable interacting with top-level technical decision makers to influence and assist selecting the right solutions that meet long-term objectives.
