Department Overview This position involves managing quality control for Rakuten Mobile, under the employment of Rakuten Group, Inc. Network Quality Management Office in Rakuten Mobile, where this position is located, provides support for strengthening and improving the quality of products and operations related to the installation, operation, and maintenance of telecommunication equipment necessary for providing mobile services, through QMS (Quality Management System) activities. Position Details Together with the technical department, you will set end-to-end quality policies and targets, continuously maintain and improve quality, and drive QMS activities to promptly identify and resolve potential issues.
