Ecosystem Product Strategy Planning Department is an organization that promotes company-wide focused projects to plan, develop, and improve the "Rakuten Link" application, which unifies the services of the entire group. The app will provide access to "all of Rakuten's economic sphere," including special promotions across services and various payment methods and will be deployed as a platform for an ecosystem unparalleled anywhere in the world, including not only Rakuten but also its partners. The Business Development Section is responsible for developing and implementing functions for the "Rakuten Link" application, as well as planning and developing services for monetization. With the number of Rakuten Mobile lines exceeding 6 million and further expansion expected, we aim to expand the ecosystem by making the "Rakuten Link" application more convenient and beneficial. Trade (“Trade”), is part of the industry leading Services (“SVCS”) division of Citi. Export and Agency Finance (“EAF”) is a product segment within Trade and under this scope, Citi arranges short-, medium- and long-term structured financing solutions, supported by export credit agencies, development finance institutions and multilateral agencies (together the “Official Agencies”). Citi operates as a global platform to originate, lead, arrange, participate and syndicate bespoke structured financings that manage risk through credit and political risk support from sovereign agencies and/or accessing their funding programs. The selected candidate, reporting to the EAF Japan Head, will have the responsibility to lead origination and execution in collaboration with EAF Sales colleagues globally, through the whole life cycle of deals from mandate, structuring and approvals through to client negotiation and execution, mainly focused on Japanese Government Agencies such as JBIC, NEXI and JICA.
