The difficult part of product creation is made easy, allowing anyone to become a creator of products. This is the world that Tailor wants to realize. We aim for a world where anyone can easily materialize their ideas, breaking down the boundaries between business and engineering, and integrating diverse expertise and technology. We are waiting for those who resonate with this mission of "democratizing product creation." We support more people to become product creators by providing the platform "Tailor Platform" that enables rapid construction of business systems. In one line, Tailor Platform is "Headless ERP for Enterprises," a product that provides core systems used by enterprise companies (defined as companies with over 3,000 employees) in a headless format. We launched the world's first "Headless ERP" that dramatically enhances the flexibility and scalability of ERP systems (core systems that manage business applications such as order management, inventory, accounting, and organization) and are deploying it to large enterprises in Japan and mid-to-large enterprises in the United States. In mid-to-large enterprises, globally, the trend of combining dozens of "Best of Breed" cloud SaaS systems, moving away from "all-in-one" package systems, is accelerating. In this context, the role of core systems that support the entire company is changing significantly, and it is necessary to be able to change quickly in response to rapidly changing business and technology environments and to have an API-based system that can easily and deeply integrate with external software. As a pioneer of the Headless ERP concept, we will build the next-generation business application platform that innovates corporate activities. We have already built a track record in replacing systems based on industry-leading SAP in major companies and in large companies with over 30,000 employees. Specific job responsibilities - Automation of deployment and server construction and development of tools for that purpose - Monitoring of applications, middleware, and cloud services, performance tuning - Fault detection, capacity planning, etc.
